I Hope Joe Biden Does Try To Strangle The GOP

Joe Biden is always good for a moronic quote:
“If I hear one more Republican tell me about balancing the budget, I am going to strangle them,” Biden said at a fundraiser in Minnesota, according to a pool report.
I hope he tries, as it would mean first removing his hands from the neck of the economy.
